Fair Alot of places where closed. The room didn't have a microwave, Refrigerator no table to eat on just wasn't what we were expecting. The Atmosphere. The way everything looked so nice at night.
Disappointing I was charged an extra night. I was given a number to call but this number really does not work. I couldn’t get my money back.
Fair Hotel was not even close to full and they put me in a room overlooking the roof. Really, you should only use those views when nothing else is available. If I was staying longer, I would have been unhappy but it was only one night.

I didn’t mind that it was old, but I did mind that it was dirty and bright It was dirty. My room was covered in little stubble hairs. The pillows, shower walls, floors, even the inside of my coffee maker! The rag the cleaners used had a pungent odor - I ended up cleaning everything with soap myself and thankfully the odor went away. Getting internet was a daily chore. Disappointed The room had tears in the chair and no refrigerator. For a king deluxe, it was hardly deluxe. We ended up changing to a different room. There was minimal places for charging cell phones. No breakfast

I’ll begin with us walking into the room. We checked in about 6:45 pm. We were in a jacuzzi suite room 1467 and when we EVERYTHING. The bellman Bobby was awesome and I feel bad he has to work at such a horrible property.
