Fair There were able to put us in rooms next-door as requested but we were charged a $10 per room per night extra, one of the rooms was not very clean and the only option after paying the up charge was to get the room changes. House keeping gave us cleaning supplies and we cleaned it ourselves. House keeping tried had during this difficult time to get us what we needed.
Upon check in , wait was 30 min. No staff. Checked in to an dirty roim Understaffed. Dirty rooms. Holes in sheets. Dirty carpet. Staff was unfriendly

Disappointing The bathroom was barely cleaned, at minimum. The AC did not work at all and we were hot all night. The place was overcrowded and only one restaurant on property would offer take out.

Disappointing My room was messy when I checked in my bed was not made the table and cointers had dust all over them my coffee pot was full of used ground's... I would appreciate it if I could get a room comp to me since my room was nasty ... The shower was nice

Rude staff, health regulations not being enforced, lines super long for check-in and food Even though precautions were being taken to comply with health regulations for covid-19, regulations were not being enforced. There were tons of people walking around not wearing their masks, not keeping social distancing while in line to check-in even with security guards present, took a very LONG TIME to check- in (over 2 hours) for whatever reason. Poor Room smelled like smoke. I asked for non smoking. I also found a cigerette bud in the side of the bed, and found it dirty around center lamp table in between beds.. bud looked old and the rug seem very old. Not even placed down right..

Tropicana Laughlin Our room was dirty and had old water bottles under the entertainment center. As soon as we entered the room we cleaned it to be sure it was clean per covid standards since we had three young children with us. And I am glad we did as I found several old water bottles under the tv stand. We chose not to complain and just clean it up ourselves and it wouldn’t change our stay. Worse experience ever encountered I checked in the hotel the customer service was non existent , and the hotel was run down did not look like the pictures what so ever . My room was dirty and had glass on the floor and NO REFRIGERATOR BECAUSE THEY TOOK THEM TO THE GAZEBO THAT THEY RENT AT THE POOL FOR $179.00 Went to wash my hands and the sink was clogged . I called the front seat and it took 20 minutes for some one to come to my room and plug the sink . YES they sent some one to my room instead of just switching my room !! ... read more
