I’ll begin with us walking into the room. We checked in about 6:45 pm. We were in a jacuzzi suite room 1467 and when we EVERYTHING. The bellman Bobby was awesome and I feel bad he has to work at such a horrible property.
I feel this needs to be remodeled Old and dusty Staff was friendly and helpful location is perfect
Bad weekend Price of $85.00 per night ($170.00 plus other charges) turned into $235.00 for 2 nights. Would not have booked if I knew the extras easy to find your way around

Not a good experience this time,and it was our 25th aniversary Our room was left open,the telephone wasnt working and we were look out of our room.
Awful. Very Dirty Our service dog found a water bottle, bone and someone’s old sock under the bed. Disgusting, this room was obviously not cleaned before our arrival. Close to getting back on the road.
Disappointing The room was out dated and when we were going to sleep we noticed the mattress pad had a big pee stain on it so we slept in one bed and out kid on the floor The price through booking was good
I would never come back here again. Check in process- Rude manager. Did not have a room available. That the bed was comfotable
We will never stay at the trop again we went over to the Riverside. And continued our stay and a ver You could accommodate every room with a refrigerator. But of course, why should you do that when you can charge extra for it. Like you do. Why are you asking me about your accommodations when you know they're poor... Not much
