Bad night!!!! go down the street $50 cheeper and CLEAN I booked it at 11 a.m. showed up at 2:30 only to get checked in the room was not clean at all I waited for hours to get the same room. Wasn't clean only had one light bulb that worked out of eight ask to stay another night declined. This Will be the last time I ever book on booking.com if booking.com cant FIX this... I liked the fact that I could just go HOME!!!!

Housekeeping was very rude!!!! Housekeeping was rude when we ask for extra towels or we asked to have are trash thrown out the lady was rude !! About that just gave us and attitude I really like there Casino and food was great!!
Rooms were old and out dated.Beds were definitely not compfy carpet was pulling up etc. It was needing updating there were no bed spreads beds were horrible and very over priced for what it was. It had a parking garage.
Won’t return No microwave nor fridge , not enough towels and no wifi service on the 11th floor We were told we were staying at the resort tower. My interpretation of resort is different than yours.
I don't think I will tell anyone to stay at Tropicana. Sink was broken. Also, we reserved 2 queen bed with TV and table with chairs. But, front desk person told us no rooms available and will upgrade for us and charge extra and extra $30 for deposit. When we went up to UPGRADE room, it was exactly we reserved previously and sink was broken . My husband had to pull it out from bottom and it was very dirty. I am expecting to get my deposit back by this weekend. Young man at the front desk wasn't nice either. No breakfast
