The room was not clean the phone was broken the fire alarm went off several times we were kicked in . The bell boy lost

Poor cleaning! The room itself was really dusty it didn’t look cleaned out there was still crumbs of food on the floor and on the bed
Bad We changed rooms twice and they were not clean to host any guesst Only the location
Not coming back The place was filthy but was requiring masks yet he hallway to my room was covered in trash and dirty sheets and towels were thrown outside room doors. I called the front desk and still in the morning it was dirty and disgusting
Poor Staff was horrible, long lines to check in, nothing for food was open, all table games were digital, they never cleaned our room or gave us new towels...just not a good stay Not much of anything
Could of been better. Well nothing like working out in the hot sun all day, coming back to the room to take a shower and having the tub back up. with all this down time due to the virus, you would think some type of maintenance could take place. House maid should have seen this. Didn't want to wait for someone to fix it, did it myself. To many things closed, open for Saturday and closed other days. Lower your prices and get more help They only had 2 people doing check in took a hour, The director was checking us in and not wiping anything down after someone left so we all touched the pay thing. Also on a Sunday I was charged a hundred for a room , your prices are crazy now! Rooms were very clean and felt fresh.
