Not the best front desk services was rude and food was not worth the money, wifi was horrible we weren't able to get service the entire time, I called the front desk and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and NO one came to the phone so I hung up. Location was good.

Left feeling more tired then I started off The pillows way to small , air conditioning had such a high pitch sound it keep my wife awake almost all night , vending machines took my money and gave me no product and the hotel could not help me out due to them being independently owned The fact we were able to find the hotel in such short notice

Not bad overall. Our bathroom toilet bowl was dirty. I cleaned it around the rim and that sufficed for our two night stay. I almost called housekeeping but I think they are overworked so I did what I could myself. Also, the room and bathroom vents were incredibly dusty/dirty. Again, for two nights I figured we wouldn't die from that but otherwise I would have complained. Glad we were able to eat at the café. Both breakfast meals were good. Tropicana is in a good location. We walked to the mall.

Not worth my money The beds were not comfortable at all and no free wifi rest rooms by the pool were dirty customer service
