I am disappointed with my stay at the hotel. I did not like the smell of the room. Right when you open the door you're able to smell wet carpet. The carpets were in fact wet. The hotel provided little amount of towels so we had to request more. The water from the shower took a long time to drain. The ice machine was shutting down constantly. Over charged for being handicap with needs I have stayed before and have been happy. This time not so much, I was over charged due to being handicap and needed to be near an elevator and entrance. The bathroom was not cleaned deeply and the shower floor felt like I would fall through. Staff was friendly

Terrible The stay was terrible. No housekeeping , you had to return dirty towels to get clean towels. When first entering the room it was dirty and had stains on the dresser and the sheets. I will never stay here again. its location to everything.

Awful I rather stay at another hotel next time I book . No room service to towels available only 2 when we need 4+. Elevators were not working properly too many people waiting to get in Elevators no one controlling to crowd. Too many people crowded together. Sanitizer smell super bad no towels in lounge bathrooms.
