1. Room was not very clean. 2. Someone was on making noise and I could hear through the speaker that is in the room

Pleasant I got a wake up call at 4 a.m. which I didn't request. I finally got back to sleep and at 7.a.m. the fire alarm went off continuously for an hour or two. Consequently I got very minimal sleep.( I was told the fire alarm was a false alarm. ) I'm not very happy about that. Friendly Staff.

Great Stay! The phone wasn't working. Large, clean, and nicely appointed room. Friendly welcoming staff. Quick check-in. We enjoyed our visit.

Epic stay We weren't able to find the elevators but we asked an employee on the floor and found out. Turned out to be very convenient. When booking a room I had specific requirements and all were met! Maybe, even beyond my expectations.
