Overall our stay was good, with the exception for the small inconveniences. Went down to reception and asked for extra towels and was told staff would bring them to the room, which they never did. Also, the wait time for the elevator was long, the line was down the hallway and it took about 15 min to get to the elevator for our turn. The room phone also didn’t work so I had to call the operated and be transferred to the front desk. The room was decent and the AC was really cold which I loved. Nice to get to visit with my friends. A little confusing, go from parking lot elevator to another elevator to get to your room. Air didn’t work in room. Complained and when the guy came to fix it he was the one that finally got us moved to another room. Said we should not have been put in the far end because the air didn’t work well. Person with me is on oxygen and can not handle heat. We went to the store and bought fans. I was not impressed with the casino very quiet and didn’t pay at all. Liked where it was at.
