Good Honestly, I tolerated the change over from the Ramada to the Tropicana which was a very sad event, and miss the train. But since the pandemic, things aren't as good. Hotel not as clean, prices are high, restaurant restrictions on availability and time to close, hotel looking old. Will look elsewhere on next visit. Thank you for all the good years and good luck. Ok but I don’t think I will return Theire was a used band aid on the floor when we got there and the bathroom was dirty. We called for extra towels we never got them. Ice on the hallway was out of service. Close to everything you need and food was good at the restaurant the pool was small but ok.

It was amazing and will continue going for a weekend getaway! N/A The staff was overall amazing!! From the front desk, restaurants, bar tenders people working in the casino I mean everyone was super nice and friendly!! Not once was I given attitude! I will definitely be going back for a weekend trip. Thank you for the hospitality!

Here only one night as a stop in trip back home. Prefer an upscale restaurant on site, rather than going to another casino. Nothing exceptional about this casino. Bed comfortable and room with good space.
