Wonderful Needed more restaurants open in the morning, to grab coffee, bagel, something quick, starbucks, Pool was nice loved the adult time
Exceptional elevators were tricky ! long wait times it was a great stay!
It was okay. The shower drain was not working and told them and didn’t fix until our check out day
Needed linen..hard to sleep and bath with dirty linen Room service and cleaning staff No room service..had to ask for clean linen..towels etc...poor response to the request as well....
The hotel was nice and clean, but no fridge and cold water for showers was We had no hot water for 3 days. And I’m pretty sure we had booked a room with a fridge but no fridge once we arrived Clean and friendly
