The hotel itself is great! I did not like the fact that not all of the elevators were working Sunday, when the busiest check out time happened. From the 7th floor, we had to take an empty elevator up to the 28th floor and then down, stopping on each floor each way (we were already full). This made for a terrible check out. And it was really hot in the elevator. The pool was great, the room was clean. Very happy.

Reunion trip 2025 Gor woken up at 4 in the morning by kids pounding on the door. I called securely to inform them I was startled awake. Had a hard time going back to sleep. The fire alarm went off with no mention of what was happening. Until I asked a maintenance worker who was kind. The elevator situation was horrible. That needs tk be rectified like circus circus. Certain elevators gounb to cerayon floors. Gift shops rather expensive. $30 for a shirt. Facilities were clean, Vending machines were adequate, the beds were com... read more
