Exceptional Most. Of the elevators were broken to the promenade tower It was very nice had a good time. The only downside is the elevator was broken. Going up to the promenade tower. Had to wait for hours To get up to our room.

Pleasant Ice machine on our floor wasn't working. Toilet had plumbing issues took forever to flush. The room looked dated. Confused about the check in location walked really far from the parking garage. The beds felt like they were going to tip over if you sat on the edge. The service at the check in and the restaurant was amazing.
