Pleasant Beds were very Uncontrollable. They turned off the Hot water without notice. They need better maintenance. Staff was Excellent, Kind, and very helpfu.l.

Pleasant Our room phone wasn't working let front desk know immediately they said they would send someone up to fix came back that night still broken Saturday told front desk again was told they would make a report and get right on it Sunday same story Monday on check out I told them still no one came to repair the phone it was inconvenient we were unable to call from our room for room service, valet,luggage on the Saturday the front desk had the nerve to tell me I could just walk to the hall outside by elevator and call on t... read more
