Property has gone downhill. Caesars Entertainment needs to invest some money to revive it. Renting an electric scooter for handicapped husband was difficult. Front desk staff said we had to go through the vendor (DME out of Vegas). Before the trip I tried to do so and DME said "you have to go though the front desk at hotel"; quite the runaround. After letting the hotel know I was upset, they did process the request. Luckily, they had two scooters available, that was a worry also, they DO NOT reserve them ahead of time. The r... read more
