The hotel itself is great! I did not like the fact that not all of the elevators were working Sunday, when the busiest check out time happened. From the 7th floor, we had to take an empty elevator up to the 28th floor and then down, stopping on each floor each way (we were already full). This made for a terrible check out. And it was really hot in the elevator. The pool was great, the room was clean. Very happy.

My stay was okay, I will rate it a 6. Tropicana can do a better improvement to the property. The property needs to be remodeled. All rooms should have a fridge. Housekeeping looked like they do not vacuum the room well,since he still had a bit of trash in the carpet. The staff was really helpful and nice.
