Very bad we will not stay at this hotel again We reserved a room that was non- smoking and they gave us a smoking room. I have a 2 year old. Then water in shower was so hot could not take a shower. We love Laughlin we come all the time

Never again! The room was advertised as remodeled. I guess a partial remodel qualifies, but overall the room was dirty (spots in carpet, chair was coming apart at the seams, tub was dirty, bathroom had hair strands all over the floor). Both my husband and I woke up with back aches because the mattress was too soft and worn; it needs to be replaced asap! The check-in line was so long that it nearly took an hour to get our room. It was for leisure. However I don’t know that I’ll go back if only Tropicana has rooms. They need updating/cleaning. It’s run down. The bathroom was not clean. You need to allow your staff to clean. Or higher more to do so. Maybe renovate and charge more. People will still come. The staff that checked me in are great.

Unsatisfied and bad experience My room was booked since March 2023 for non smoking and I was given a smoking room and when asked to be switched rooms the customer service lady named Kay was very disrespectful and basically told us we didn't have to stay in that hotel and she would give our money back. Then asked to speak to Manger whom is named Nikki. She was nice is the beginning. She was willing to change my room but asked me to wait 15-20 mins for a room to be cleaned. Very disappointed in room Room was dirty, chair was peeling apart. Restroom was dirty and dresser was dirty and dusty. Room close to elevator

Fair There is no room service at all during my 4 days of stay. Elevator renovation during busiest Monday morning. Location

You definitely get what you pay for here. Was the cheapest if the hotels for our trip this year and we noticed it. Room

Horrible. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel. Accueil Propreté Odeurs de tabac Moquette vétuste et sale Clientèle en état d’ébriété fréquentant l’établissement Rien. Les photos ne montrent pas l’état de dégradation de l’établissement
