Descriminacion Racismo... Uno de mis invitados fue retirado de las instalaciones del casino por no llevar identificación.... Pésimo eso ya que estamos pagando un servicio Instalaciones muy bien

I should have booked elsewhere!!!!! To much noise in the hallway at all hours of the night, the pillows were flat and old, the mattress were very very hard. The air conditioner was barely blowing and the air coming out was warm the air filter was extremely dirty, no microwave and the refrigerator was an extra up charge. the value of room

I will not be booking my hotel stay at Tropicana ever again Check in too long, and early check in not available Bellman not friendly Rooms smelled Rooms dusty and dirty Room size is on the smaller side Room phone didn’t work the entire time AC doesn’t work any higher than setting No good restaurants at hotel Text assistance took long to get a response Not a pleasant experience at this hotel Cheaper in price compared to the other hotels

You need to do better TROPICANA! We payed extra for a better room and the room ended up being smaller that the one my in-laws got for a way cheaper price. We already felt robbed but we brushed it off like oh well. When we got to our room it was super hot, we turned on the ac and waited about 30-40 min and it would not get cool so we called front desk and they said someone would be up to the room in 15 min which it didn’t happen, so now we’re here in a hot room with fuzzy kids just waiting. Other than that I guess it was okay I have problems with room keys I end up making three trips to the lobby on the end I asked for a different room the lady that helped me on the beginning I was nice but on the end when I demand for them to move me to a different room it looked to me like she got upset like all this was my fault after getting a different room shower wasn't raining toilet wouldn't let me sleep it was running and and making this noise all night the chief of security was very nice and a security guard that he s... read more
