Disappointing The room was dirty been going to the same hotel for the last 20 years never stood in the 5th floor didn’t have a table to eat on…the pool area has little kids in the 21 and over Jacuzzi. wasn’t very happy Really nothing

Convinient location to stay but room was not clean enough Not clean , bed sheets dirty , dust all over tv and furniture ,and hair in bathroom shower head Good area near the river

It was what it was No one cleans the rooms at all.. we had to clean the room when we arrived . Understaffed ..

Recepcionista nada amable La recepcionista intentó ayudarme de una manera nada amable al cobrarme el suplemento del resort y explicarme que booking no podía cobrarlo. Fue muy antipática. La piscina estaba llena de gente y no encontrabas sitio dentro o fuera. En las toallas había pelos al igual que en el reto del baño. Imagino que limpiarían pero no repasaron bien. Es un hotel con casino sin más.
