Bad No avian tuallas no avia papel de vaño Nada
We have been stayed at the Tropicana for many years, how over the last few years it just seems like it has gone downhill We were charged $14 a day for a resort fee, however was told at check in there is no room service. We were there for 6 days. So what are paying a resort fee for? A glass of wine comes in a flimsy plastic cup, even at the bars. They closed all their nice restaurants. Fair deberían brindarle mantenimiento a sus habitaciones, me cambiaron de habitación 3 veces por distintas razones en un mismo día. a/c no funciono, baños tapados y con muy mal olor.

There was mix emotions to my experience, thinking of not staying there again. First the ice machine was not working properly, we were told that we needed to ask for our room to be cleaned. The a c. Unit was not working properly either the t v was way to small and the control was not working properly so many elevators and they work so slow, there was always a line to use the elevators to get to the rooms and the access the parking structure. ew The line wait was a huge inconvenience, the room key cards stopped working after one use, had to wait in line for 2 hours to get it fixed . many other guests said they had the same issue. The rooms were really dirty. the phone had gunk on it from previous guest.
