asked for a non smoking room , it stink like marihuana n cigarettes and the bathroom n rooms were very dirty room and bathroom were very dirty, bad smell the staff was friendly

Disappointing We were given a room that a previous customer had just left the night before(at midnight with his 3 kids) because the A/c unit went out and the room was hot. We entered the room and notice the room was hot but figured its because the sun hits hard through the window. Went down to the pool, came back in at 8pm and the room was still hot. waste of money!! Beware!! I didn’t like the cleanses of the rooms. Ny bedding as dirty, upon arrival. There was a sitting chairs in my room that was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! The Tropicana had a lot of restaurants, coffee bars, gaming tables that we’re closed. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked elsewhere.
