definitely not what I expected. The room was ugly. there was no fridge no micro and window was ugly. On top of that bathroom was dirty with sand and hair n the tub. it was close to the river.

Disappointing No atmosphere even though there was large crowd of people on the night. Room was average with lights missing. Staff efficient but no connection with guests The hotel from outside
I will never come to this place again. hot tub gave us 1st degree burns, ruined my bathing suit they didn’t do anything regarding it told us just to make report with security also room air conditioned never worked they sent someone but problem was the same not a single thing
It was an ok experience this time. Our neighbors were partying and drinking all night long and smoking weed which filter into our room very strongly. We paid for a non smoking room for a reason. The smell was in our room 24/7 and the hallways. Everything!
Fair bathtubs drain was clogged. water took forever to go down as well as sink.
Poor The towels were very old..thread bare & grey. Why pay a Resort fee when I could not use the pool. Too windy.
Good location, this place needs some serious upgrades The property needs some serious upgrades, it felt as if you stepped back into the late 70’s or early 80’s One of the only things we liked was the location.
