Will not stay here again The rooms advertised online is not what I got. I booked a classic room and a deluxe room but I got 2 identical rundown rooms. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are very efficient and responsive
Disappointing room was old and hair dryer did not work Had to call maintenance. Did not know that rooms are not cleaned daily if you stay more than 1 day. Had to contact housekeeping to request service
Disappointed in the number of tables for black jack and other card games. Not everyone enjoys video long line at check-in---long wait at restaurants (even though plenty of tables appeared available) Need more restaurant staff-- if you have to pay them more to attract employees--DO IT! Nice room when I finally could check in
Very disappointed. It was our anniversary. No microwave or fridge in room. No valet. Very long line to check in. Short staffed. Fire alarm went off. Woke us up. Then we were never told what the problem was. We were told to stay in our room.

it was okay, think I paid too much for a dirty room I come to this hotel a lot, as a child and as an adult. the room I had was updated but was dirty and seemed beat up. oh and my room was not cleaned daily
Prison would be better Didn’t like everything the worst there is. Nothing was acceptable. Everything about the room was bad. This is the worst accommodations we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel ever.
The hour wait to check in will keep me from ever going back! Worst hotel check-in experience I’ve ever had. I waited in line over an hour to check in. They needed to actually staff the reception desk rather than have a token crew. They know how many reservations they have.. I won’t return!
would try handicapped room and a view closer to elevator bed was hard and not comfortable view wasn't good
