it just OK, I stayed at the trop for years during the Harley Davison runs and now I’m just u sure if I’d stay there agai maybe Covid related BUT very minimal staff to answer questions, the food resource next to the cafe was really bad. location - stayed for a concert

Disappointing stay even at the reduced price. Probably won't return. Waited 20 min for hot water in shower. It never got hot. Tepid at best. Restaurants not open. Waited 1 hour for possible reservation. Beds comfortable. Pillows not
not enough towels in the room the soap was very nasty smelling we had no water in our room very old and out dated. we had no water in our room for quite some time. in and out is across the street
Waited 1 1/2 hours on a reservation to be checked into room they needed way more staff on a Friday No internet available when I called to let the staff know they forwarded me to the call center which never picked up the phone. Close to where I needed to be beds were comfortable.
Pisses off stay We booked for 4 nights but had to change our stay to 2 nights.You couldn't just drop the 2 nights.So I had 2 cancel the 4 nights and rebook for 2,which I didbut younever passed it on to the tropicana hotel so we had to pay for 4 instead of 2.I tryed to get a hold of someone on that Sunday but I was on hold forever and finally hung up.The tropicana would not do anything.They said wer had to deal with you,not happy.
