Bad Very clean and people were very nice
Disappointing room wasn't what I expected
Bad I stay in Laughlin frequently, to visit my dad. I was on a working vacation, no internet, three attempts (Trouble tickets) to IT to fix the issue; no call back... Toilet was clogged when we checked in to the room. Front desk rarely answered the phone. when they did, on hold for an hour (or forgot to pick it back up). Had to call security just to get maintenance to fix the toilet. That was finally completed on day 2. They were short staffed, so I get it. desagradable muy sucio y en muy mal estado la habitación con mal olor nada
Poor our room was filthy and looked as though only bed sheets were changed. there was sticky residue all over night stand, and white poweder all over the floor in bathroom, nothing had been wiped down or cleaned even mirror in bathroom was dirty with the last guests toothpaste. we liked our bartender he was very informative and friendly!
