To expensive for that kind of service There wasn't any body around foun one worker on the way to the restaurant we ask a question and she was rude the parking wasn't safe some one stole our camping tents The room Was clean and comfortable Not enough towels
Poor Bed sheets had stains, bed was stiff, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Staff was rude amd treated you like they were doing you a favor by helping you. Carnegie Cafe was the worst restaurant i have been to in a long time. Gaming machines were not generous and the bars had no drinks that you wanted. Lousy experience is there a NO STAR RATING???? The Poolside Cafe was the only thing that we liked at the Tropicana. Dana and the rest of the staff at that cafe saved our vacation.

Very Poor When we made reservations it had all these different restaurants and showed a nice pool only the cafe was open and it wasn’t good and the pool was closed and when mentioned to the front desk they were rude and said it’s posted around the hotel. Nit
No full amenities I didn't like that the pool was closed. Even though we were able to use the pool at Harrah's, we would've liked to not have to drive over there. Also, the table games were not open during our stay and my husband was disappointed about that. I also didn't like that there was no mini fridge or microwave in our room. We had leftovers from dining out and didn't have a way to keep it safe. We liked the convenience of the hotel. I've stayed there several years ago.
Would not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness The bathroom was not clean. There was urine on the toilet. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. They did not provide toiletries.

I want my deposit back I want my deposit put back on my credit card I like my stay but I have still not got back my deposit and it’s been over 3 weeks
