the room was dusty and the bathroom looked it was just wiped down The bathroom in our room was dirty, there were blood spots on the floor of the bathroom and the ice bucket had dust and bugs in it. the connivence of the restaurants

TropiCANTa Rooms are old with outdated furnishings. we upgraded our room which included a Jacuzzi tub, but the shower is also located in the tub, which can make for an interesting shower. All of the fixtures are old brass with faded spots. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, yuck! I mean come on it’s a smoking room!The coffee maker in the room did not work properly, and the refrigerator is no bigger than a medium-size cooler which doesn’t even fit to go boxes. Glad it's over The tv didn't work (said no service) and wgen I attem[ted to call the front desk the [hone didn't work. There was no gridge in the room and the bathtub did bot look clean.
Disappointing. Too long of a line at check-in, no toiletries I.e., soap in the room.
Fair Only had smoking rooms and the entire floor smelled of pot. Location was good for a concert we were attending
Fair The bed was comfy. The room was beat up and not very clean.
Disappointing service See above I wanted to use Valley parking along with another person. I waited about 5 minutes. The other person was there before me. No valley came. When checking in told the clerk about no valley and talked to her in conversation about my having breathing issues. They were busy so maybe she just didn't hear me. I was given a room in the back tower which is up hill. Didn't appreciate that. Had plans to play blackjack but didn't much want to spend money after that .experience.
Overall feeling of despair in this hotel Check in was a nightmare. The line was out the door and they only had 2 employees at the counter on a weekend during a concert event. Bad planning. Also they were mask crazy, saying that you had to pull it down for a quick sip of your drink and then pull it right back up while gambling. It was close to the concert venue.
