Poor
Location was great but they have some work to do in the hotel especially with the check in process Check in for this hotel was awful - we came to go to a concert and the check in was over 2 hrs long so we had to change in our car so we would not miss the concert and then check in after the concert. Also the burger place we ate at in the hotel was not very good. The main floor was really smoky also. Room was nice and clean
Horrible experience I didn’t get the room I reserved. They first didn’t have a the king bed I reserved so they offered 2 queen which was fine. Then they told me they sold out of nonsmoking rooms. My husband and I don’t smoke and I’m 6 months pregnant. They told me they had sold the room I had reserved and didn’t have anymore rooms. I couldn’t even get a refund because I booked through booking.com. Nothing
Disappointing Close to venue. Hotel is run down, room was not very clean, mattress very old and hard. Very under staffed facility.
Expect long lines. Understaffed Check in starts at 3 pm . We arrived at 4 pm thinking the line would not be to terrible - wrong! It took an hour to just get checked in. The cafe within the hotel was limiting capacity to 50%. Location
Disappointing Smelled like cigarettes and seems old and outdated Walking distance to anther hotel
50% satisfied and that's pushing it The bathroom was way too small and our "river view" window was so dirty you can't see out it. We paid extra for what? The pool wasn't usable we had to go to Harrahs that is a major inconvenience Carnegies was great! The housekeeping was on point with cleaning the room everyday but the actual non matching furniture was so outdated and the daily use grime on the door for the mini fridge was gross
Poor Bathroom floor had hair, toilet tank chain broke, pillows were horrible n bed was hard as a rock, TV channels were less than basic, and I had the luxury room! Not many restaurants or places to eat. Location.
