I will not book here again The view , there were no full mirrors , the chairs were disgustingly dirty , the night stand had left over food still on it. just gross. I asked for a frig the front desk said she will have it sent to my room it never came. No microwave :( my room was smoking but the view sucked ass

Highly disappointing Myself and my family travels to laughlin quite often this was our first day at the Tropicana we had two rooms on the second floor people were openly vaping and smoking marijuana in the hallways when we reported it to security they said there was nothing they could or would do about it that they could not move us because the property was oversold due to the pandemic we were afraid to walk through the hallways horrible experience

Disappointing
Disappointing and will never return. The pool was too small to accommodate children and adults. Beds were totally uncomfortable--probably from the time that the hotel opened. The rugs in the room and the hotel were not totally clean. Air conditioning vents inside the room were very dusty which could lead to Legionnaires disease. Bathroom floor in room were sticky, towels too small, towel apparatus was loose-almost coming out of wall. Disappointing No wifi, requested a low floor, was given the 15th floor, also i asked for a room close to elevator my husband is disabled, they didn't give it to me
