Find somewhere else No house cleaning. Bad service , called for extra towels and trash bags and took forever. Ummmmm nothing. I'm supposed to write 2 or 3 sentences and I liked nothing

Not as expected for what I paid The kids arcade, not a lot of new slots, room was extremely dusty…expensive We went when the weather was very unpredictable so we didn’t have access to the pool due to the rain. That was one of the reasons why I booked it there because the pool area and cabanas. Although it was still pricey to rent the cabanas for a couple of hours. I usually stay across the street at another hotel. I gave Tropicana a try. Never again. Reservation staff had poor communication. They said they were only going to hold my credit card during my stay but then ended up charging the whole amount. NOT GOOD. The water in out hotel tower was turned off for hours with no notice. When we arrived, our bed didn't have fresh, clean sheets as we found an earing in the sheets. NOT GOOD! Spent over $1000 here in 4 days. MISTAKE Housekeeping staff (while we were here) was outstanding.
Fair There was a horrible smell coming from the drainage in the restroom
Disappointing The breakfast was really good. That's the only thing I can say that wasn't disappointing.
TropiCAN’Ta No housekeeping included, no refrigerator in the room, no ice bucket, overall looked run down, and the crowds of people - families with kids and coolers and grills - took forever to get an elevator either to the parking ramp or to the rooms. The drain is the shower was plugged. And the WiFi is totally compromised and not secure - use your phone as a hot spot. Would never stay again. Will try the Golden Nugget next time. The bed was comfortable

Disappointing See above Staff is slow, but polite. Hotel overall is dingy, rundown, obviously not sanitized. Carnegies is poor quality food & very overpriced with friendly but again, slow staff.
