Disappointing The sheets the first night had dry blood and the sheets the second night had cigarette burns. I tried eating at the claim jumper but no reservation available for 2 hours and I was never called for my reservation. I liked the location
Disappointing Every time I have stayed there, I have been in a room that is the furthest from the casino.

Smoking room was awful and no room service smelly confident location
Disappointing Sink in bathroom would not drain, blinds were broken so the room was always dark, air conditioner did not work well. Called and asked for toilet paper and did receive until 8 hours later, also phone in the room was broken. TV very small. Pool closed at 8pm when other hotels were up anywhere from 10 pm to midnight Overall casino was nice, beds are comfortable and clean

Not very clean. We checked in on Friday and the room was not cleaned very good. Surfaces were sticky,mirrors were dirty and bath tub was clogged. Location and we have been staying here for a long time when we come to Laughlin.
