Good location, cheap rooms No fridge in the room, AC barely works, and getting through to guest services/front desk from the room is impossible... very understaffed. I was charged for 3 nights for a 2 night stay but was able to get an immediate cash refund upon check out, had I not checked my bank account and realized the extra charge I would have lost $100 Great location

I would never stay here again The arcade took money on machines that did not work when I told the manager of this they said playing in the arcade is at your own risk and would not refund the remaining tokens that I had which was only six dollars. I did not eat anything at this location
Disappointing Place is run down and beat up you should close it down or spend some money and update it When I got in my car and left
No third floor west tower Room above boiler room vibrations through wall. Took 3 phone calls & 2 hours to be moved to quiet location middle of the night. Usually, great performance by hotel- stayed number of times here. First problem.

Fair Bathroom light needed to be replaced and also I never got room service and I had to pay for internet because the man that checked me in never gave me the access code all the stores around were covenants
