Stay at the aquarius next time.. In the casino it was very difficult to get cocktails while gaming. The bartenders are disinterested in service. All the table games were closed unnecessarily. Other casinos were open. Security staff to pushing masks while we were drinking coffee away from anyone... Just made it impossible to have a good time. I liked the convenient location for parking.
Poor There was no hot water in the bathroom so we couldn't even take a shower Nothing much the service was extremely poor
It was awful. I will never stay here again. Our room was awful. I booked months in advance and was with a bunch of friends who booked after me and got a way nicer room and was spoken to and treated very rude when I asked for an upgrade and was also told I warily have to pay extra if I wanted an upgrade. There was literally duct tape on my floor from the bathroom to the bedroom. Nothing. I was treated like garbage when I asked for a fridge that I requested before our stay for medical reasons.
