Casino hotels are not my thing! Too dirty-sleasy! Outdated rooms, smokey air Location and rate
Bad I was placed in a dirty room at arable...then was changed to next door room that was the same ...staff was very careless nad soo hard to find some one to talk to about getting new sheets and the room cleaned... Nothing
Poor The bath room sink would not drain. We called house keeping to report and gave permission to enter room while we were out. We returned and nothing had been fixed. It was late and we went to bed then left in the morning
Was not very happy We got kicked out of the pool right when we got there they said the pool was open til 9 for kids but kicked us out at 5 minutes after we checked in the restaurant we ate at messed are order up and made us pay to fix it just a bad experience The casino
I felt completley irritated every time I had to interface with the mask police... The bartenders seemed disinterested in serving. It was very irritating that when I was drinking coffee at 4:30 in the morning by myself that the only thing they cared about was making sure you had your mask on. I liked the parking structure. It was very convenient.
Might want to reconsider staying there again. When we checked in the lady at the front counter was rude and made me wait and then after waiting she mad me go to the back again of the line to check in. And when I checked out my deposit took very long to get back at me. Had me waiting for ever in the lobby.
Horrid Staff My stay was horrible I had a non smoking room but someone was smoking pot when I told staff they said it was legal hmmm but I wanted non smoking !
Bad My room was not clean my lotion and shampoo were already open there was hair all over the bathroom and the front desk was a mess the manger wasn’t even there to talk to they need to get their stuff together.
