Was expecting a cleaner room ... Not a very clean hotel!! Love that they have a ice cream shop for the kids ..

Standing in line with mask and heater on! The front desk check in was under staffed and created not such smiling faces at front desk. Yes you can see if your smiling thru the face mask. Staff should have not gotten full smile but the way the rest of the staff treated me more than made up for the situation at the front desk on the staff. In my opinion Managers should be responsible for this problem and been up front helping. Staff after front desk especially bartender at bar closest to front desk once they opened for service.... read more

Very Poor The room was so dirty. The bedspread had stains, the was had filthy red color on it. The bathroom was so dirty including a crack in the bathtub. Hotel staff really nice
Horrible employees The manager at the front desk was extremely rude as was the clerk they tried charging me for a spot on the carpet that was there when we arrived the shower wouldn't drain properly so taking a shower was horrible they did t care and when I try to explain these issues to her she has me 86'd this place has the least updated rooms out of every casino in town and they clearly don't care about cleanliness or customers Nothing
it sucked closed pool to kids early,jacuzzi did'nt work. the majority of the games in the kids arcade did'nt work, they would'nt give refunds on the tokens you would lose, because there was a sign on the wall that said play at your own risk. why not put a sign on all the broken games, that says don'y play game is broken? So not a place for a family' oh yeah i had to fix toilet to get it to flush, not to mention long check in line with 1 teller.i meant to write this in the did'nt like column' and i aint rewritten it
