Food was very very bad room was clean service from the employees was horrible they were rude rude ru Food Sucked
Bad Well first I was supposed to get a jacuzzi suite but when I got there they said it wasn’t available. Then they put me in the parking garage pretty much at first the room was dirty and smelt like a bar. So I requested a different room I ended up getting a room with two queen beds, the room was dirty it had wet floors and stuff spilt all over the furniture and hair all in the bathroom. It was gross and not worth my time or money. Not a whole lot of people at first.
Terrible experience. Check in was a nightmare. Front desk did not activate our keys properly so we walked all the way to our room with bags to find out it they weren’t working. While waiting we were approached by some ghetto people a few doors down trying to start problems in front of our kids. We reported to front desk and requested a different room. You get what you pay for!! Had to switch rooms 2 times upon arrival because the sheets on the beds were dirty, one had blood and hair and the other had a bug plus hair. The rooms were covered in dust. The price was the only thing good about this place I would definitely spend the extra money to get a better experience.
I don’t know if I would stay there next time. A My wife hit her ankle on a support bracket For the box spring. It stuck out 2 to 3 inches. During our stay she hit it three times. Each time causing a LArge bruise. I would have a hard time believing house keeping does not know about it and has probably hit it themselves. It was very painful for my wife. Very Poor
The trip was exhausting That the pool was closed for half the day and the hot tub was closed. I didn't like the fact that the maze was knocking on doors at 8 in the morning to see if you were checking out when they just walked in while I was sitting there they were yelling and hollering across the hall to each other waking everyone up. Nothing
