Troy made this process as seemless as possible, and when there was a problem, he fought to get it resolved, keeping me updated every step of the way. Every time I text or called him with a question, he always responded almost immediately. He always made me feel like he was looking out for me and my benefit. Troy handled my first mortgage loan with KB and that went so well, I decided to see if he could do a refi, which he did, and I am so glad I went back to him!

Throughout the process I kept receiving updated closing disclosures with different amounts. The last disclosure wasn't even sent to me directly, it was sent to the title company. Troy stated that the amounts we're almost identical to the one "we had agreed on before". I would've liked to xplained in detail about the main fees that were listed up-front, this didn't happen. I had to keep texting Troy for every question I had and he did answer my questions but after I would reach him and not before
