Constant communication, although I am very hard to get in contact with was very appreciated. Troy stepped into my account midway through the process, and was great in getting up to speed and getting my file closed last minute. They were in competition with another lender, and I decided to switch to them very close to the end construction date, so getting everything updated beforehand so close was smooth must not have been easy, but it was done. I appreciate the work and effort of Troy and team.
