Better communication. I always felt I was a bother. I didn’t hear from him at all in the days leading up to my close. It was after I had already received my keys that I was sent an email from him. Meanwhile, Chad has always been very responsive and communicated with me regularly as the time was getting closer. Including the day of my signing. Right up to my actually getting my keys.
