Even though the loan officer had the wrong walk-through date and was asking for significant new documentation at the last minute instead of a week in advance, and while we were away from our old home, Troy did everything he could to smooth out the wrinkles and ensure that we were able to close on time so we could record and get our house keys before we had to leave town to go to our old home to pack.
