I can't say enough about Troy. From the moment I first contacted him through final close, he was always responsive, polite, informative, and just a great guy to chat with. Building our home was a stressful process, as we were managing from far out of state. He helped guide us through the application process. Over the last couple of years I have to deal with a couple lenders, buying a home, refinancing another. There has not been anyone that even comes close to the efficiency, knowledge and responsiveness as Troy and his team. Anything else I do in the area will for sure be with Troy!
