Troy is by far the best loan officer I have ever worked with. His communication and knowledge on the loan process is second to none. I wish all areas of buying a home had someone of Troy's caliber.

My experience was excellent. If I ever want another loan I would defiantly go there. I have missed the staff there since my loan has closed. Everybody was extremely nice and easy to talk to. The reason I went to Cornerstone Home Lending to start with was due to Troy. I use to work with Troy so I knew up front how honest he is and how he really cares about his clients. As long as I have known Troy he has always gone way beyond the extra mile. Also I just loved Tracy Collier. She is a wonderful person.

I don’t see how one could find a better mortgage professional than Troy. He and his team are top notch and the best. The question is why do I say this? Because I spent a year and a half trying to get a “jumbo-jumbo” mortgage done with First Citizens and Wells Fargo but they couldn’t get it done.
