Not the worst, but I've had better stays elsewhere The hotel was very clean, it is almost new. However, the lady at the front desk who checked us in was a little rude. Also, we could hear everything from inside our room (people walking/talking in the hallway, conversations and phones ringing from next door and above us. Walls seem to be lacking some insulation.

Rooms to small, feel to compacted, no carpet was not the business

The TRU Brand is a new concept under Hilton that is great for the business travelers and small families that are looking for a Hotel that offers great service at a reasonable rate. We don't offer microwaves nor coffee in the room but we always have it available in our lobby 24 hours a day for all of our guests along with our Eat & Sip Marketplace. They didnt have body soap. So that was a little on the bad side

❤️❤️ The hotel beds are very comfortable. The room is a good size. The front desk lady acted like you were bothering her when I checked in but everyone else was helpful and friendly.
