Dr. Rainey is the best! She does amazing work! All of my teeth are much stronger and better now that she did one root canal and a lot of fillings. She has been great after my dentist dropped my insurance she went out of her way to make sure my teeth would be healthy and beautiful before my wedding. On more than one occasion I've received a bill from them even though I have insurance. Every time I call the front desk tells me to ignore it and that they're going to take care of it, write it off, and then the next month I receive the bill yet again! This goes on for months until I ultimately just pay it. I will not be going back here and suggest you don't go either!
Previously I had only been to the TruCare location on Wyoming. That location removed an impacted wisdom tooth over the summer and were incredible. Today however, I ended up in the location on the Westside and they were amazing. I have pretty extensive dental issues from chronic illness and the meds I’ve been on for the illnesses I deal with. I have attempted to resolve a billing dispute with this company by reaching out to their offices on multiple occasions. I made calls on the 14th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 25th, and now the 27th of this month. Despite my efforts, I have only been able to leave voicemail messages for Jennifer, Rocio, and Anil, seeking clarification on my billing concerns.
