The service department at Truck City Ford always makes sure to care of my vehicles. The service manager, Mike Rogers, is easy to get a hold of and ensures that his team is doing great work. I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else for service.
I had an excellent experience with Charlie and the mobile team (Ruben and Cliff). They did a fantastic job getting my vehicle back on the road with minimal downtime. The convenience of having them come directly to me, instead of having to wait at a shop, made the entire process so much easier. I highly recommend Charlie and The Mobile Team for their top-notch service and efficiency!

I can honestly say Truck City Ford has been the most enjoyable dealership I have ever purchased a car from. Bob was so easy to work with as a salesman, Zach made the finance and paper work a breeze! Typically, I hate spending a huge chunk of time at the dealership while they get everything together, Zach had everything ready for me so all I had to do was show up & sign away, super efficient! There were 4 times in a row I was given a time my truck would be ready and each time was incorrect. I also sat waiting on paperwork for almost 3 hours when I had specifically planned with them the day before what time I would be in to do my paperwork. There was a large amount of time I was sitting and waiting with no one nearby to even give me an update on why I was waiting.
