I took my truck in for an oil change and Matt Seals was my service advisor. They performed the "Works" in a timely fashion. During the visit they recommended that I have my fuel, cabin, and air filters replaced. I appreciated the recommendations. All this was done while I waited. The work was performed in a timely fashion.

My wife and I had a great experience with Raul who took the time to go over all our options and find a deal that met our goals. He was patient with all the questions we had and was able to make us feel like we made an informed decision. We did experience a bit of fatigue towards the back end of the transaction as it took quite a while to draw up our financing paperwork, but all in all we were satisfied with everything.
I have been coming to Truck City Buda for all my servicing needs. The service department is always friendly and provides top notch customer service. I’ve always gone through Nate in the service department and would recommend him to anyone who needs to service their vehicle. The quality of work done in the shop has always been great and the reason I choose to come here. Truck city Ford is the dealership I choose to use for great work in the Austin area.
