The truck was taken in for an electrical issue with the tailgate. We have a warranty still on it so that helped out. Noe took time to be on hold a few times to get it approved; really appreciated it. He explained in Spanish to my husband what the issue was so really made a difference since not many will take the time.
Bob and Scott were ready for me when I came in, test drove the truck and made the deal . George in F and I was great as well . I like the Delivery person
Just in for oil change and 10K “Works” package. Robert Laughton was professional and courteous in taking my service request. He reminded me of my Ford Pass points and how to use them. Gave him the keys and on my way in 45 minutes. Easy-peezy. I’ll be back. May use “in driveway mobile service” next time. That’s not to take away from Robert’s service.
The service department has helped me multiple times and they are very efficient and courteous. They communicate well and are always available for questions. Josh was awesome this last time.
This is my second purchase from Truck City. I find that Stephen and the rest of the team are top notch. They go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable and that they value your business. I highly recommend that you check out this dealership if you are in the market for a car or truck.

Took my Explorer for a tire issue. Also needed an oil change. No appt. Just stopped by. Liliana was very helpful. I left it and she called me a few times for updates.. it was taken care of within a few hours and then she offered to have my explorer delivered to my home. I was told they can also come to my house if I didn’t want to bring it in for certain issues. Truly exceptional customer service!!!
Mario Fuentes was a huge help to us when we came to him. He was patient, answered all our questions, and kept us updated on our vehicle's repairs, is bilingual (my husband speaks Spanish) etc... We definitely recommend Truck City Ford's service center and while I'm sure that all the service advisors are awesome, we highly recommend Mario. He is top notch and an asset at this dealership!
