I had a 3pm appointment for an oil change. Truck was taken to service shop as soon as I got there and work was done in under an hour.

Using them for service on my less than 1 year old F-150. Unfortunately I’ve had to take the truck back 3 times for the same thing and it’s been there a month now. You might say, well why are you giving them 5 stars? Well it’s because of the way they’re working with me. My truck isn’t fixed yet but it’s a really weird deal not throwing codes etc but the staff there is just doing such a great job I have to give them 5 stars.
Truck City Ford is quick to help and always assists in getting us what we need.
