Repair went well when back ordered parts finally arrived. I waited about a week and a half and finally called in to check on the status of the back ordered parts and was told they were in. I had been told they would call me when the parts arrived.

Oscar and staff were excellent! They assisted in the trim of my 2023 F 150 King Ranch and the ordering. Oscar also kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and was responsive on any and every question that I had.
These guys did everything they could to get my truck in and fixed as fast as they could when it broke down while traveling back to Arkansas from vacation. Top notch service and great customer service. A huge thank to Robert for doing what he could in getting my truck fixed so we could get back on the road home

Took a little longer than I would have liked to change an oxygen sensor but my experience was good
I felt I was treated as a valuable customer. My advisor listen to my concerns and investigated throughly. I was keep informed of status without having to call in.
