I snapped off the tire valve stem (which has a connected pressure sensor that coordinates with the other tires system) and was unable to find repair in Austin. After speaking with Noe our Service Advisor, we were able to come in for repairs the next morning to Truck City Ford in Buda. We got there when they opened at 730am, and left 3 1/2 hours later, with the problem fixed. Noe did a great job keeping us informed during the repair process, and we were thankful for the quick job. Thank you!

Great experience and excellent service. I was early to drop off my truck for its scheduled appointment and Charlie was accommodating. He made me feel like I was a priority and had me laughing half the time. The friendly atmosphere is what keeps me coming back.
