I give the service department 5 stars because they fixed the problem and it only took a few hours. I have to say that I am concerned about the fact that I made an appointment for the PCM REPROGRAM DUE TO ENGINE SHUDDER fix and the Truck City couldn't get to me for 12 days. An annoyance but not a deal breaker.

Delays are often caused by varying factors, ie. tech shortage, equi[ment issues, etc. If you would like further explanation, I can reach out to their leadership for further information.
