They are trying to help with an issue, unfortunately it’s not an easy fix so it’s still unsolved. I do not hold it against them, they been very helpful and understanding.

I recently purchased a used 2021 Ford F-150 through Truck City Ford that I found through ‘cars.com’. Andy from sales reached out to me and from the beginning, everything felt right.
