We are very grateful for the excellent service from Truck City Ford! We purchased a 2021 F-150 from Griffith Ford and were promised that we were set to pull a travel trailer. We quickly discovered that it did not have a trailer brake controller. Griffith Fird was unwilling to help us resolve this serious problem for a year. I found a brake controller and Truck City Ford quickly installed it for us.

Prompt emails providing all details and answering questions. In-person - 5-stars. Steve greeted my wife and I quickly. The maintenance done on my truck and the speed that they completed it, this absolutely breathtaking and refreshing. Very professional, and I have decided if I ever have to have work done on my truck again, I will even drive 2000 miles to do so.
Just dealership was absolutely awesome, the professionalism and the speed in which they operate at, was just incredible.
