The dealer was very respectful of my time constraints. Truck was ready, sale process very efficient with no waiting. Presales was smooth with knowledgeable help, demo and info. Best car purchase e perience I have had ever.
Truck City Ford has always been my go to for vehicle purchase or service. They provide great service and can always rely on them to get me taken care of.
They were very professional I have a warranty issue that's being taken care of the part was on back order they put the car back together so we could use it while I have out of town company they are an awesome dealership the only one thing they could have done for me or they could have rinsed off the car or at least washed it or rinsed it off
Friendly helpful staff who did everything to make my experience quick and easy! Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.
I took my 2018 F-250 in for recall action. Nate, Service Advisor, detailed the known and other recalls, arranged for repair and, while there, did needed routine maintenance. Excellent service, frequent communication and totally satisfied with result. As with all dealerships, there may be some price premium but in this case, it was well worth the cost. Is Mike Rogers still service manager @ TCF?
William Martinez, my salesman, and Mike, who runs the parts department, should be recognized for their customer service. I’ve been buying cars for many of my 73 years and I’ve never been impressed enough to write about customer service until my dealings with Truck City Ford, from the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by a very friendly group of people, absolutely no pressure , offered water for myself and my dog before they even sent a salesman to me.
